Definitions and General Provisions

Certain words and terms used in these Terms have specific meanings. "Platform" refers to tbajee's website, mobile application, and all services provided through them. "User" or "you" refers to any active account holder registered on tbajee. "We" or "tbajee" refers to the organisation that operates this platform.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. The courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction over any disputes. For more detailed institutional information about tbajee, please read our About Us page.

Account Registration and Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to use tbajee's services. tbajee may request a national identity card or other documents at any time for age verification. If an account is opened without meeting the age requirement, it will be closed immediately and the return of any deposited funds will be at tbajee's discretion.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person is permitted only one account on tbajee. Attempting to open multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed, and any pending bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. tbajee must be notified immediately of any changes to your information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to tbajee immediately. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Rules

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on tbajee is ৳200. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The correct amount and reference number must be provided when making a deposit. tbajee is not responsible for deposits made with incorrect information.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Third-Party Funds

Using another person's mobile wallet or account to make deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited. Only transactions from a mobile wallet registered in your own name are accepted.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit the bonus is ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200 — to withdraw this bonus, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be placed.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become eligible for withdrawal only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• tbajee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, the account will be reviewed and the bonus may be cancelled.

4.3 VIP Cashback

tbajee's VIP programme has three tiers. Bronze members receive up to 0.3% cashback, Silver members up to 0.5%, and Gold members up to 0.8% on weekly net losses. Example: if a Silver member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100.

Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on tbajee are considered final, provided they are free of technical errors. However, tbajee reserves the right to void bets accepted due to clearly incorrect odds or system errors. In such cases, the original bet amount will be refunded.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using software, bots, or automated methods to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions is strictly prohibited.
• Match fixing or placing bets through any dishonest method is illegal and tbajee will not tolerate such activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to tbajee's systems or to bypass security measures is prohibited.

5.3 Bet Results

tbajee uses universally recognised sources and official results to determine the outcome of events. In the event of any dispute, tbajee's decision shall be considered final.

Account Suspension and Closure Provisions

6.1 tbajee's Right to Take Action

tbajee may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or irregular activity on the account.
• Information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• Suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

6.2 User's Right to Close Account

You may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Any pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed. If you wish to self-exclude under our responsible gaming policy, a separate request must be submitted.

9.2 Software Errors

tbajee reserves the right to correct any incorrect balances, odds, or game results displayed due to a software error. Any winnings or bonuses obtained as a result of an error may be cancelled and the correct balance will be restored.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

tbajee's total liability for direct or indirect losses shall in no circumstances exceed the amount in the user's account. tbajee is not liable for losses arising from the user's own actions (incorrect information, account sharing, security negligence).

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on the tbajee platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other materials — is protected under the intellectual property rights of tbajee or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing, or modifying these materials other than for personal and non-commercial use is prohibited.

Third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution, JILI, PG Soft) own the intellectual property rights to their respective games. tbajee acts only as a distribution channel.

Dispute Resolution and Complaints Process

11.1 Submitting a Complaint

Any complaints regarding tbajee's services can be submitted 24 hours a day via live chat or email. When submitting a complaint, please include your account number, the date of the incident, and a detailed description.

11.2 Investigation Process

Submitted complaints will be investigated within a reasonable time. tbajee may request additional information or evidence as needed. The user will be informed of the investigation outcome. tbajee's final decision shall be considered binding.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. Failure to enforce any provision of the Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
